This year marks the 35th anniversary of Phoenix Chinese Week, and we're dedicated to keeping our Lunar New Year Festival free and accessible to the community. Your generous support, through raffle ticket purchases, will benefit our PCW Scholarship and Outreach Programs.

Phoenix Chinese Week Raffle Terms & Conditions

Rules

• The Phoenix Chinese Week Raffle is open to Arizona residents ONLY, who are 18 years of age or older (void where prohibited).

• We accept payment in U.S. Dollar (USD) only.

• All sales are final – there will be no refunds.

• There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased.
  
• Email address and physical address must be provided at check out for prize winning eligibility.

• All entries must be received by Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM Arizona Time (MST).

• You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 days after the end of the raffle with instructions on how to collect their prizes.

• Winners will also be posted on our website by 5:00 pm Arizona Time (MST) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

• All regulations pursuant to A.R.S. §13-3302(b) are strictly adhered to.

About the Phoenix Chinese Week Raffle

Phoenix Chinese Week is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of dedicated volunteers with the goal of preserving Chinese culture through educating both the community at large and younger generations of the Chinese tradition and heritage that spans over 5,000 years of history.

What is the Raffle For?

ALL raffle ticket proceeds benefits our Phoenix Chinese Week Scholarship and Outreach Programs.

When is the Drawing?

Phoenix Chinese Week Raffle Ticket sales will close at 11:59 pm Arizona Time (MST) on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Winning tickets are randomly selected utilizing digital raffle software.

Winners will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 days after the end of the raffle. Winners will also be posted on our website by 5:00 pm Arizona Time (MST) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
