Phoenix Chinese Week is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization composed of dedicated volunteers with the goal of preserving Chinese culture through educating both the community at large and younger generations of the Chinese tradition and heritage that spans over 5,000 years of history.

ALL raffle ticket proceeds benefits our Phoenix Chinese Week Scholarship and Outreach Programs.

The Phoenix Chinese Week Raffle is open to Arizona residents ONLY, who are 18 years of age or older (void where prohibited).

We accept payment in U.S. Dollar (USD) only.

All sales are final – there will be no refunds.

There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased.

Email address and physical address must be provided at check out for prize winning eligibility.

All regulations pursuant to A.R.S. §13-3302(b) are strictly adhered to.

You can purchase the raffle tickets online HERE starting in early January 2026 until Sunday, February 22, 2026.

The raffle ticket numbers will be sent to you within 48 hours after the purchase.

Please note that there will be a limited amount of printed raffle tickets available for sale at our Festival's Information Booth.

The raffle ticket drawing will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026. Winning tickets are randomly selected utilizing digital raffle software.

You do not need to be present to win prizes. Winners will be contacted via email or telephone within 7 days after the end of the raffle with instructions on how to collect their prizes.

Winners will also be posted on this page by 5:00 pm Arizona Time (MST) on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
