A traditional dragon boat for races at the mid-summer Duan Wu Festival, established in honor of patriotism 23 centuries ago, will be displayed. A gift from the City of Taipei, Taiwan to the City of Phoenix in honor of the historic friendship between the people of both cities developed through a Sister City relationship that spans 37 years.
