  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Application deadline is January 2, 2024.
    • Once application is approved, agreement will be automatically sent for signatures and payment can be made online or by check/money.
    • Commercial Space is required for Snack Stands. Commercial Food Tent required if cooking occurs.
    • * Your menu CANNOT include sale of bottled water or any soda pop.
    • ** Schools, etc. need no special documentation; others without documentation will be charged as for-profits.
    • ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. PCW HAS EXCLUSIVE PRIORITY TO SELL FOOD, SNACKS & BOTTLED BEVERAGES

    Payment can be made online or by check/money. Please make checks payable to “Phoenix Chinese Week”.
