  • IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Volunteers must be at least 18 years old on the day of the festival (*21 years and older for Beer Garden).
    • Please note that all confirmed volunteers are required to attend a 3-hour prep session in January 2025 before the festival. More details to follow.
    • Volunteers should check-in at information booth 25 minutes prior to their shift to receive further instructions.
